Where is my dishwasher's model number?

Have your model number ready when you book — it helps our technician bring the right parts. It is printed on a small label called the rating plate, usually visible as soon as the door is open.

Open the door all the way

  1. Lower it until it rests flat so you can see the full frame of the opening.

  2. Look along the left and right rim of the tub, then along the top and side edges of the door itself. The label is usually on one of these.

  3. It is a white or silver sticker, or a stamped metal tag, with small print, an electrical rating and often a barcode.

  4. It may be labelled MODEL, MOD, M/N or E-Nr. The serial number (S/N) is a separate number. Take a photo so you have both.

  5. Look behind the kick plate at the bottom and on the side of the cabinet. The owner's manual, the purchase receipt and the maker's app or account page also list it.
