Excellent service! My stove stopped working, and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They ordered the required part right away, received it the next day, and had everything fixed within two days. Very professional, fast, and reliable service. I really appreciated how quickly they handled everything. Highly recommended!

Very prompt and efficient service. Knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely use again if needed!

Excellent service! On time, quick and had the part needed on hand. This is the second time we have used Avantgarde Appliance Repair.

They were so quick! Dmitry was so professional and efficient. He replaced the pump on my LG washing machine. He showed me the price of the part before he ordered. He returned with the part and it was all done quickly. We will definitely use Avantgarde again. Thank you Dmitry 😀

Very honest and friendly guys! Great service — highly recommended!

We contacted Serguei at Avantgarde Appliance Repair on Good Friday to fix a sudden serious problem we had with the baking element of our stove. The technician Dzmitry arrived promptly as scheduled on the same day and was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and he immediately ordered the replacement part. By Tuesday, less than four days later, following a long holiday week-end, he returned with the part and fixed the problem. We were extremely impressed by how well prepared the technician was to address our problem and by his dedication in finding a rapid and effective solution to our situation. We will use their services again as needed and recommend this service without hesitation.

Arrived quickly, explained the process and even showed me the anatomy of the dishwasher for future reference. Great service, they’re my new go-to!

Expedient service, technician very good at his craft. We will no doubt be calling them again.

What a pleasant experience when our refrigerator malfunctioned. They were very quick to respond on the same day . Very professional and knowledgeable .They will repair your appliance not tell you to replace it . Serge is a rare individual in our community

Polite, accurate and professional

The repairman was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to repair our Thermador dishwasher. He called to tell me he was running late and when he would get here. Very courteous!

My dishwasher had been leaking water and Dmitri did a fantastic job of troubleshooting and resolving it for me! It turned out that the spray arms and the filter on the door were badly clogged up with gunk, and he very efficiently took it apart, thoroughly cleaned it out, put it back together, and made sure there was no more water at all leaking out when running the dishwasher. Very skilled, friendly, and professional service!

Sergei looked at our clothes washer and our stove. He diagnosed the problems and came up with some options for us, and was professional, friendly, tidy and thorough. We highly recommend him

Dimitri was great today, he finished the job in a timely fashion, put everything back together perfectly and explained the issue in detail. Highly recommend

Spoke to Sergei on the phone and was able to get a fast appointment for my broken Kenmore fridge. He was super polite and courteous on the phone. Will use again.

We appreciated the excellent work done by Dimitry of Avantgarde Appliance Repair. He was patient and thorough in his approach to diagnosing the problem that we were having with our Whirlpool washing machine in late March of 2025. Finally, it was determined that a sensor might be the problem. This component was ordered and installed on April 8. Subsequent testing via “real world washing jobs” proved that the problem had been corrected. Thank you for a job well done

Our recent service call and appliance repair by Sergei with Avantgarde appliance repair was the best we could have imagined. We received same day diagnostic and repair service - on a Saturday morning. Sergei had all parts and equipment necessary and was so professional, timely and efficient. I have no hesitation to recommend this company - and best of all they service all of Ottawa and rural areas that no one else will go. Such a great business model!

Sergei was very professional. He responded very quickly when I reached out for an appointment. He assessed the problem with our dishwasher efficiently and was back a couple days later to install the part successfully. Would definitely use him again!

Could not be more happy with the service and repair of our Fisher Paykel refrigerator. Highly recommend Avantgarde Appliance Repair

Excellent service. Reasonably priced. Showed me each issue as he found them. Would 100% call again!

Sergei was professional, friendly and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. Very happy with the service I received.

Sergei was very professional and fixed my dishwasher that wasn’t draining same day I called . He also explained how to avoid the problem in future. I highly recommend this business

Sergei fixed my LG dryer (no heat). He came the day after i called him and he was a pleasure to work with — showed me the issue, discussed the work to fix the problem and price. It was all clear and reasonable. Clean up, etc. was great too. Thanks Sergie!

Sergei was extremely professional, friendly and offered thorough assessment, explanation, reasonable quote and followed through with work in a timely fashion. Great service and I would highly recommend Avantegarde for appliance repairs.

Our washing machine blocked over the holidays and Sergei and his helper came right out. It was a messy & heavy repair job and Sergei got it working again on the same day. He had our repair done when all the other companies we called refused the job. We can't recommend him highly enough. This is the best company. Next time I won't call anybody else. I'll go straight to Sergei.

Just got my stove fixed by Sergei, the elements were not working , he fixed it and back to my cooking

Exceptional service! After dealing with two different technicians who claimed to fix my dishwasher without success, Segway came to the rescue. He responded quickly, arriving the very next day after my call. What impressed me most was his ability to diagnose the issue immediately. His expertise and rapid response saved me from further frustration. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Gave a 2 hour window of when he would arrive and came on time. Looked at my washer draining problem and had it repaired in no time flat. Rate was exceptionally reasonable. I highly recommend Sergei and his company. He is certainly going to be my go too appliance repair man in the future.

Our fridge broke down Easter weekend. Called around and everyone booked for a few days. Called Avant Garde and was able to come next day. Excellent and honest service. The repairman was exceptionally knowledgable and informative. He was able to fix the fridge, very happy customer. Would not hesitate to call him again.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews. Amazing client service. I wish other trades treated their clients like Sergei. Honest, and punctual, very knowledgeable. It's never a good time for a home appliance to breakdown, this company understands this. Quick to reply to your call, and texts, arrived on time. He also went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working and to our liking before he left. I will use this company again and will refer this company to my friends and neighbours. Call this company for their repair needs and you will not be disappointed.

Quick response! Excellent service! Fair price! Sergei came and quickly diagnosed my washer’s problem, explained what have to fix to me. When I agreed to fix the machine, he ordered the part and came back the next day and fixed the machine.

On time, very knowledgeable. Great to have an efficient appliance repair company in the local area.

Super nice guy and very professional. Fixed my washing machine in record time.

Friendly, quick and honest service. Another company was telling us we needed to change the dryer’s motor, a very expensive repair. Avantgarde took its time, and found the issue was that a sock had gotten into the drum and was blocking it. Removed the sock, did not need anything else and everything is working perfectly. Saved us a bunch of money.

Dude was legit the best repairman. He was courteous (had boot covers to not track dirt inside), professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly. He showed me a photo of what was wrong with my dryer once he took it apart, and explained how it should look and the likely cause of the issue. His fees are the best in Ottawa, $55-80 dollars less than other people charge just for the call fee. He is an independent worker and is his own boss. I would recommend him to everyone.

Problems identified quick, spare parts ordered quick and appliances got repaired quick with cooking top and dishwasher in one go, at reasonable price, in short, excellent service!

Mr. Sergei is an excellent professional and quick in his steps.

Sergei was amazing. He came on time, diagnosed the issue on a Thursday, ordered the part and installed it during a snowstorm on the following Tuesday morning. He was prompt, professional and personable and clear about pricing

Our washer developed a major leak. Avantgarde Appliance Repair was able to come the next day. We were told they would arrive between 9 - 10 am, they arrived at 9:05 am, just as predicted! Sergei was extremely professional, clean & respectful of our home. He also showed us what the problem was, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The level of service provided was top-notch, and the service was very reasonably priced. Thank you very much!

Wonderful and professional service and quality work. I was pleased with the result of the dishwasher and fridge fix that were causing issues recently. My go-to service provider and highly recommend!

Excellent price, excellent customer service, and the technician went above and beyond to fix our GE refrigerator! He was punctual, polite, and clearly explained the issue to us along with the affordable cost to fix it. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair!

Great and professional service!!!

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a thorough cleaning of our dryer, took great care in moving it back into its position and recommended a solution to our problem. Very happy!

The dryer suddenly stopped heating. I called a few places, but Sergey was the one who answered the phone first. He arrived the next day and completed the repair in one trip! Sergey was responsive throughout, arrived when he said he would, and quickly and reasonably repaired my dryer. There was nothing more that could be desired. Will def recommend him to others.
